The Starks family relocated to the area in 2010 with their young daughter Sa'Nyiah, and their family grew two years later with the birth of Sarenity. Together, they set out to build a restoration business rooted in honesty, personal care, and an unwavering commitment to their community.

Toquon dreamed of creating a business that felt like family—one that’s compassionate, trustworthy, and community-focused. Sabrina brought his vision to life with her strategic insight and shared dedication, growing Wet Out Restoration into a company known for its reliability and heartfelt service.

The Starks family believes that a true family business gives back, and Wet Out Restoration is deeply connected to the Treasure Coast community. When they’re not serving customers, Toquon and Sabrina love cheering on the Miami Dolphins, supporting the University of Miami, and watching their youngest daughter, Sarenity, at her cheer and volleyball events. They also enjoy traveling, trying new cuisines, and spending quality time with friends and family.
